This reversible cast iron hotplate, with vitreous enamelled finish, has been made specifically for the Ziegler & Brown Triple Grill and you'll find it an accessory that will definitely expand your Big Ziggy's menu.
 

• Simply lift out the standard centre cooking grill, drop in the rust protected hotplate and discover a whole new world of gourmet outdoor cooking.
• You'll find the smooth side is perfect for frying up eggs, pancakes, onions or calamari; whilst the ribbed griddle side is great for fish, veggies or even fruit.  A bonus of the griddle side is a clever design that allows any excess oil to drain away - ideal for low-fat grilling of sausages and chops.
• Use on its own with 2 standard side grills or team it up with one optional side hotplate for greater hotplate capacity.
